“We had a problem with our heat not working a little over a year ago and had a couple of other companies out to take a look.  One said we needed a new circuit board and wanted to charge us over $1000.  Since my husband is a techie, we bought one online ourselves and installed it for around $180, but that didn’t fix the problem.  So we brought out another company and they said we needed a whole new system and wanted to charge us over $10,000.  We finally called in A Advantage for another opinion.  They took great care to look at our system thoroughly.  Come to find out, there was an old wasp nest that was blocking something in the system.  He removed that and it was working fine afterward.  He even showed us the pipe on the roof that we needed to cover to keep wasps from getting in there again.  We only had to pay like $150 for his time.  We appreciated that they weren’t out to sell us expensive parts we didn’t need, they were just there to do a good job.”

I was impressed with his 20+ years of experience there, his respect for your company specifically, the lack of sales pressure, his looking out for my efforts to minimize upfront costs, and clarifying how your ten year warranty beats rivals because it covers not just parts but labor for all ten years plus unique in that it’s transferable for a fee ($150 I believe was the figure). “I have used A Advantage for several years to service my heating and AC system and have been very satisfied with them. I know just about every one of their technicians in my area and am impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Earlier this month, my 25+ year old system incurred a casualty that was not cost effective to repair. John was out promptly to inspect and advised me of the system status and prepared some options for me to consider. Repair was possible but not cost effective and after over 25 years, the old system was not efficient. The very next day at 8 a.m. the installer arrived and began the removal of the old system and installation of the new system. After installation and clean up, he showed me how to operate the new system and answered any questions that I had.”
