1.SEER Rating: We are factory trained for Unico and ESP Products, mini duct/high velocity systems. When buying an air conditioner the key difference from one unit to the next is its SEER rating. SEER stands for Seasonal or Heat Pump Energy Efficiency Ratio and is a measure of the units efficiency when heating and cooling. Similar to miles per gallon for an automobile, the higher the SEER number, the more efficient the unit. Also the higher the SEER the quieter the operation. All of our Air Conditioners come with custom sized vibration dampening pads, some units can increase your efficiency by up to 50% in some situations. Government minimum for new equipment is 10 SEER.

2. Heat Pumps: A heat pump is simply an air conditioner that runs backwards.
