HUMIDIFIER CHECKLIST

• Confirm operation
• Check humidistat
• Check for proper voltage, high and low
• Check all wiring and connections
• Repair any loose, burnt or frayed wiring
• Check all water tubing connections, and tighten any loose connections
• Pull and clean evaporator pad and distributor
• Clean orifice at solenoid
• Check solenoid for proper operation
• Clean water pan or collector tray
• Check for proper drainage
• Check humidifier level and pitch on duct
• Check amp draw on induction motor (if applicable)
• Check saddle valve for proper operation
• Final cycle humidifier
