• Confirm system operation and cycle through thermostat
• Measure supply and return air temperature
• Compare voltage and amp. draw on all motors to rating
• Clean and level thermostat
• Lubricate fan motor and bearings
• Align blower belt, adjust belts for proper tension
• Compare amp. draw on each heating element
• Remove “Squirrel” cage fan and clean
• Test door safety switch
• Examine all wiring and electrical connections, repair cap or tape loose writing as necessary
• Test operation on high limit fan control
• Re-check supply and return temperature for improvement and proper operation
