• Confirm system operation and cycle through thermostat
• Measure supply and return air temperature
• Clean and level thermostat
• Compare voltage and amp. draw on all motors to rating
• Lubricate fan motor and bearings
• Align blower belt, adjust belts for proper tension
• Clean evaporator coil, clean condensing coil
• Examine contactors and capcitors
• Test amp. on compressor and compare to rating
• Measure refrigeration pressures
• Remove “Squirrel” cage fan and clean
• Test door safety switch
• Examine all wiring and electrical connections; repair, cap or tape loose wiring
• Re-check supply and return temp. for improvement and proper operation
