A Advantage, established in April 1990, services Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington D.C. We have offices located in Alexandria and Manassas, Virginia. A Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning is proud of our "Customer for Life" philosophy and policies. We were the only contractor in Northern Virginia that furnished a full "five year all parts and labor Equipment warranty" on every gas furnace, air conditioner, gas boiler or heat pump we installed. We now have the same coverage available in our Ten Year Warranties - which is our “Sunshield” coverage.

A Advantage specializes in Hi-velocity (UNICO) and Ductless Air Conditioning and Heat Pump systems (Mitsubishi). We are also dedicated to ensure your comfort and health via our comprehensive Indoor Air Quality Program.

A Advantage worked with Washington Gas on neighborhood subdivision gas conversion projects from 1991 through 1998. We were the regions leading subdivision gas conversion contractor. In 1993 and 1994 we led by converting more homes to gas than any other contractor.

The award was presented by one of the countries largest equipment manufacturers, Bryant. We have also been recognized by Rheem Manufacturing for our outstanding sales in 1999, 2000, and 2001.
